Product Introduction:
  The extinguishing agent used in this system is HFC-227ea (HFC-227ea/FM200), a clean gas fire extinguishing agent with both chemical and physical extinguishing properties. It is colorless, odorless, low-toxic, non-conductive, and non-contaminating. It does not damage property or delicate equipment. It can reliably extinguish Class B and C fires, as well as electrical fires, at a low extinguishing concentration. This device features two types of fire detectors: a temperature-sensitive glass bulb and a fire detection tube. This eliminates the need for a traditional fire detection system consisting of smoke, temperature, and fire controllers. Our products offer enhanced detection and extinguishing capabilities, are more adaptable to cabinet installation, save space, and do not impact cabinet components.
Working Principle:

Temperature sensing glass ball starting :

When the ambient temperature in the protection zone reaches the set temperature ( 68 ℃, which can also be selected according to the customer's requirements ), the temperature-sensitive glass ball will burst immediately, opening the fire extinguishing agent delivery tube instantly, and the fire extinguishing agent will be sprayed into the protection zone through the delivery tube by the nozzle to extinguish the fire completely and cool down.

When the fire detection tube senses the fire signal ( 160 ℃ + 10 ℃ ), the gas in the fire detection tube will expand rapidly.Finally, the place with the highest temperature sensed by the fire detection tube will burst out a spout, and the fire extinguishing agent will be sprayed to the protective area through the fire detection tube from the spout to cool down and put out the fire.
